Standard shipping rates apply to all orders under $40.All items marked “Standard Shipping Rates Apply” are excluded from our free shipping program.
Qualifying orders over $40 are eligible for free shipping if they do not contain any excluded items. All items marked “Ships Free in Orders Over $40” are included in our free shipping program.
Orders over $40 containing included and excluded items will only be assessed shipping charges for excluded (Standard Shipping Rates Apply) items. No additional shipping charges will be applied to your order for items included in the free shipping program.
*Exclusions: Orders sent to Hawaii and Alaska are not eligible for free shipping. Unfortunately, due to the ever increasing cost of shipping as well as our commitment to having the most competitive prices in the market, we are not able to offer free shipping on orders including clearance items, glass carboys, wine recipe kits, floor corkers, and bulk sacks of grains.
Standard shipping rates will apply to all items when selecting any express or expedited shipping options.
Free Shipping options are not available for customers outside of the contiguous U.S.
Standard orders placed by 11:59 am central time are now generally shipping within the next 1-2 business days.
When your order ships from Artelume, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information. Packages are delivered by UPS Monday-Friday generally between 8 AM and 6 PM.

Due to UPS restrictions, some items cannot ship via 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air or outside the contiguous U.S. If your shopping cart contains a restricted product, these shipping options will not be displayed. Please see our list of restricted items below:

We do not guarantee viability of liquid yeast shipped outside the contiguous U.S. and recommend that customers in these locations choose dry yeast instead.

Large Freight – LTL (Less than Truckload)
Large Volume orders (over 150 pounds) may be shipped as a pallet load via a LTL (less than truckload) freight carrier. This solution provides you with tracking and confidence that your large order will arrive intact and ready to use.
